Our new parts stock is limited to original Toyota
parts , or top quality Japanese replacement parts .
That means we do not stock all those "kinda , sorta
" don't know where they are made aftermarket parts
that have flooded the market lately . They are
cheaper but you get what you pay for ( maybe less
)! Original quality parts made your Cruiser famous
and we believe you deserve nothing less
.
Due to the constantly
evolving production standards of Toyota , it is
important we know what month and year your Land
Cruiser was produced . You will find that
information on the drivers door jam on 69 and newer
models, or in the engine compartment in the real
old days . Also , if your truck is modified , let
us know whats up.
Additional Shipping and
Handling Charges will be added to your order for
parts and accessories.
We can ship charges via UPS
Ground, Next-Day Air, 2ND Business Day, 3RD
Business Day, U.S. Mail, and Priority
Mail.
Some items are too large for
us to ship by the above means, so truck freight
shipments will have to be arrainged. If you have a
preferred carrier, all we need is the information
on the freight company, along with a blank bill of
lading, and we can ship it to you. Shipments made
this way will be sent freight collect, unless other
arrangements are made with the freight carrier. If
you do not have a prefrence of a freight carrier,
we can make arrangements to get you the part as
fast, and as inexpensive as possible. We can then
either bill the cost of the freight to your order,
or send it freight collect. Because of the
constantly evolving trucking business, freight
quotes are only valid for 30 days.
If any package you recieve
arrives to you damaged, you must notify the freight
carrier IMMEDIATELY. This is the only way damaged
items can be replaced. Unfortunately, we cannot
make a damage claim for you. Once a claim is made,
please contact our Parts Dept. and notify us of the
claim. From there, we can work on getting you a
replacement part as quickly as possible.
UPS shipments by 1-Day,
2-Day, and 3-Day are guarnteed by UPS to arrive on
time, TLC cannot guarntee these shipments to arrive
on time. Therefore, if a package is shipped to you
by the above means, and is late, notify the UPS
driver as soon as it arrives. UPS will issue a
credit which you will recieve in a short period of
time. If the package arrives late and there is no
driver to tell (it happens), notify your local UPS
office.
Payment
Terms:
We can accept payment by the
following means: Visa, Mastercard, Money Order,
Cashiers Check, or Personal Check (Personal Checks
require 2-4 weeks to clear.) Sorry, no COD's at
this time. Business accounts in the state of
California require a certificate of resale in our
files for tax exemption. TLCA members will recieve
a 10% discount on regularly priced
parts.
Policies on
Ordering and Returns:
A 20% restocking fee may be
charged on returns. This is determined by the
condition of the part returned, and the manner
which the part was returned. Permission must be
obtained from TLC for all returns.
Exchanges or refunds will not
be made later than 30 days after purchased. All
authorized returns must be carefully boxed, shipped
pre-paid and insured (customer is responsible to
any damage to return). Authorized returns will only
be honored for 30 days after authorization. Return
shipments by C.O.D. will not be
accepted.
Refunds will be made by the
same as method of payment. No returns on electrical
parts No returns on used or installed parts. No
returns on special order merchandise (certain body
parts). No refunds on shipping or
handling.
Parts covered by a warranty
may be returned no later than time frame covered by
the warranty
from the date of shipment.
