It is a 1963 fixed cab short bed pick up. We found it in Oregon wearing six coats of different color house paint. This Cruiser now lives in Texas. The restoration took 1.5 years. The design goal was to remain old school look but with some contemporary street rod touches and drive-ability. Stage Three restoration and conversion included the following:

1964 FJ45 restored Stage Four (three and then some....) with new custom factory Toyota body. All hand built and one of three in existence. Restoration and conversion included:

We started with a Stock 79 FJ55 that was missing the smog equipment and was no longer legal for registration. The truck is from Los Angeles and now lives in the Midwest. Stage Three restoration and conversion included:

We started with the customers 1988 FJ62 with 190,000 miles logged. It was original, rust free and tired. This truck unfortunately was totaled six
months after we finished building it when it slid on black ice in Wyoming. The customer is now hoping to find a good used 62 body to replace his. It still runs great (but the windows were blown out and the roof crushed....). Stage Two restoration and conversion included:

This 1991 FJ80 was modified with a new 04' MG Vortec 5.3, 4L60E automatic, and a part time Toyota split case 19 spline transfer case with manual front hub conversion. Old Man Emu suspension system, upgraded brake rotors, Hella horns, K+N fliter and more.
